About No. 73082 “Camelot”

Built at British Railways’ Derby Works in 1955, No. 73082 “Camelot” is one of the revered Standard Class 5MT locomotives, designed for mixed traffic duties across the network. Withdrawn from service in 1966, “Camelot” was preserved and later restored to full working order by the dedicated team at the Bluebell Railway, where it remains an enduring favourite among enthusiasts.
